Obituary of Gale Geri Gregory

Gale Geri Gregory was born to Merlin “Dale” and Maxine L. Coats 62 years ago in San Francisco, California. Gale passed away peacefully on September 8, 2022 with her husband of 38 years, Michael Gregory and her daughter Samantha D’Ann King both by her side. Gale’s family describes her as fun-loving with a great sense of humor. She enjoyed traveling when she was able, had a beautiful singing voice and won awards in her young life. Her husband’s description included adventurous! Gale is preceded in death by her mother, Maxine (Green) Coats; father, Dale Coats; sister, Leona “Lee” Collinge; and brother, William “Bill” Coats. She is survived and lovingly remembered by husband, Michael Gregory; daughter, Samantha (Brett) King of Burlington, CO (by 5 days); stepdaughter, Tracy Weaver of Florida; stepson, Joshua Gregory of Oklahoma; brother, Walt Coats of Denver, CO; sister, Jennifer (Steve) Macoskey of Golden, CO; Foster-Sister and best friend, Karen Huff of Ft Lupton, CO; several step grandchildren and many nieces, and nephews. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date in Stratton, Colorado for both Gale and her daughter, Samantha together and will be announced soon.
