Obituary of Riley J Mulholland

Riley Jay Mulholland, age 12, of Stratton left this world much too soon on June 13, 2022. Riley was born in Burlington, CO on August 19, 2009, to Erik and Katrina Mulholland. Riley had a lot of spunk and character. His smile was infectious, and his silliness put a smile on everyone’s face. He was a student at Stratton Middle School where he had many friends. Riley’s family loved the outdoors and spent a lot of time together playing and fishing at the lake. Riley enjoyed playing baseball with his team, wrestling, art and loved playing video games and legos. Riley also had a heart for animals and loved caring for his 2 pet rats Pip and Momo. Riley is preceded in death by his Uncle Cory Levell. Riley is survived by his parents Erik and Katrina Mulholland, sister Alyssa and brother Leon. He is also survived by his grandparents Debbie Gueck and Allen Gueck, grandmother Dawn Lloyd and grandfather Gene Mulholland and many aunts, uncles and cousins. A Celebration of Life will be held Thursday June 23, 2022 at 2PM at the Stratton Community Center in Stratton, CO with a public reception to follow. Memorial Contributions may be made in Riley’s name to a preteen suicide prevention and awareness foundation of your choice.
