Obituary of Della F. Purviance

Della Fae (Gramm) Purviance was born on September 11, 1965 to Richard L. Gramm and Elvira (Runge) Gramm in Burlington, CO. Della was welcomed home by her bothers Dale and Bill.

She attended the Burlington schools and graduated with the class of 1983. While in school she played volleyball and was a member of the band. She waitressed for many years, starting while in high school. After graduation, she worked as a secretary for Vince's Chevrolet and others for many years.

On August 13, 1983 she was married to John Purviance.　To this union, Dustin James was born in 1986 and Chelsea Marie was born in 1989. Della was a loving mother and made sure she was at all of the children's school and sporting events - many times, traveling many miles. She spent many years supporting the family racing team, always being their biggest fan. She loved watching and actively participating in game shows, wrestling, football and baseball on TV. Many times the roof raised a couple of inches as she hollered at a play. Her and Chelsea spent a lot of time playing and sunbathing in the pool during the summer months. She and Dale were foster parents to many cats and dogs for EPAWA. In the end, they adopted two of the foster dogs as　they became very attached to them. She had a zest for life.

She was preceded in death by her father, Richard Gramm. Surviving her are her children, Dustin (Marcela) of Goodland, KS and Chelsea of Greeley, CO, her mother Elvira, her brothers Dale and Bill all of Burlington, CO. Her Aunt Grace Runge of Burlington who cared for her when she became ill, her uncles Howard (Lila) Runge of Culbertson, NE, John Runge of Germany, Raymond (Margaret) Gramm of Burlington, Aunts Ruby Tubbs of Goodland, KS, Doris (Bob) Eyestone-Middleton of Laramie, WY, and Gladys Beeson of Burlington, CO, many　cousins and friends as well. She will be missed by all.
